The "RELTEC" company has launched two new complete induction heating plants IHPD 1750-0,6/1/,2 on "KAMAZ" (http://reltec.biz/uind_1750_0_6/1_2_).
Complete heaters provide heating of billets diameter from 70 to 140 mm, length up to 650 mm capacity up to 3,8 t/h, with a precision heating of about ± 25 °C in both radial and axial direction.
The plant will be used in the production of parts for new KAMAZ engines, as well as component manufacturing for the Volkswagen group and Corporation Federal Mogul.
Cooperation "reltek", "Roboterm" (Czech Republic) and KAMAZ will continue.
Subsequently, on the technical task of the Foundry "KAMAZ" will expand the functionality of the plants, reduced energy consumption, installed robotic systems for loading.
