Induction Heating Systems for soldering of crown bits and hard-alloy plates

The quality of drilling tools depends on soldering-in of hard-alloy elements. Our technology and equipment enables to increase productiveness twice and to reduce contraction and oxidation of solderable unit due to stabilization of the current frequency and energy that are transferred to soldering area. The heater is a cabinet equipped with capacitors, connecting bars and transformer. The induction coil is stated on the transformer.

Transfer mechanism for crown bits is designed for loading automation.
 
A set of supply includes:
 
•  Semiconductor frequency converter with automatic control and diagnostic system;  
•  Heater with matching unit and induction coil;  
•  Mechanism for transferring of crown bits to induction coil;  
• Pyrometer temperature control system of solderable unit.
