Induction heating systems for hardening of drill rods and other long cylindrical workpieces

The system HSDR (hardening system for drill rods) is designed for hardening of drill rods and other long cylindrical work-pieces which length is up to 4300 mm.

The system is widely used in technology of drill rods production and it also can be used by repair and exploitation units of oil producing companies.
Hardening operation and thermal normalization can be combined for minimizing of system’s dimensions and increasing of productiveness.
 
A set of supply includes
1. Digital SCR or transistor frequency converter;
2. Hardening working machine that has tightening and rotating devices for drill rods, and transfer mechanism for induction coil and quench;
3. Capacitor unit with a set of busbars;
4. Cooling system;
5. Control cabinet with automatic control system of heating temperature;
6. At the request of the Customer arm crane or handling device can be supplied.
