A transducer has an air-forced cooling system, a crucible has a water-cooling system with water consumption of 1-1,5 m3 /hour.
Induction Melting Centrifugal Systems
This line of centrifugal melting systems is designed for melting and centrifugal casting of work pieces made of precision and high alloys.
Metal melting is performed in a graphite, alundum or ceramic crucible both in the atmospheric environment and in the inert-gas atmosphere. Casting is performed by lifting a crucible to a centrifugal device with a casting box stated in it. During the spinup of a centrifugal device liquid metal is supplied to a casting box under the influence of centrifugal force. This way of filling a casting box allows to use more complicated casting boxes and to get the high quality casting.
