Induction Vacuum Melting System IMSV-250-2,4-0,15

IMSV-250-2,4-0,15 is designed for melting and casting of cobalt, nickel or iron alloys in vacuum and inert-gas atmosphere. It is a system for investment and cavityless casting of complicated formed parts (turbine buckets, wheels, basic parts, etc.). 

Induction Vacuum Melting System IMCV-250-2,4-0,15 comprises:

• vacuum melting chamber with induction coil; 

• vacuum loading chamber; 

• evacuated lock-chamber; 

• SCR frequency converter ТПЧР-250-2.4; 

• two dual-circuit cooling systems (CS-40W и CS-80W); 

• capacitor unit; 

• set of busbars; 

• Electrical equipment control cabinet;

• two remote control boards; 

• operating deck; 

• vacuum system (pumps, pipe lines, etc.); 

• hydraulic system.
