Induction Melting Systems with capacity from 1 to 16 tons

Induction Melting Systems with capacity from 1 to 16 tons are designed to melt ferrous and non-ferrous metals with high-frequency current.

 A set of supply includes:

  • SCR frequency converter;
  • Induction melting furnace (one or two furnaces);
  • Unit of balancing capacitors;
  • Two-circuit cooling station with ion-exchange filter;
  • Remote control station;
  • Hydraulic drive for furnace turnover with remote control station;
  • Set of busbars (FC-CU-IMS);
  • Reducing transformer;
  • Switch gear cabinet;
  • Lining control system;
  • Cooling water control unit;
  • Elaboration of construction order according to a Customer’s workshop conditions.

RELTEC’s service group is responsible for:

  • Complete turnkey installation;
  • Elaboration of construction order according to a Customer’s workshop conditions;
  • Erection work, check out and start up at a Customer’s site;
  • Service warranty and post-warranty maintenance;
  • Staff training at workplace.
