Cooling station (CS) are designed for cooling of thyristor converters and othe technological equipment based on dual conure system in/out. Inner closed circuit is filled by distilated water, circulation of wich is carried out by a pump, that is installed in cabinet of CS. In outer circuit is filled by technical water
CS are produced in climatic designe 4 ГОСТ 15150-69. Filter is installed in such matter so that, part of water is constantly deionised. Ammount of water that flows through the filter is regulated by a valve and orifices. After filtration cleared water is dripping into feeding tank of distilated water. From this tank water is supplied into cooling line of electrotechnical equipment Through constant flow of water through ion-change filter continious filtrartion is provided.
Flow though part of CS in distilated ciruit is made from staineless steel and othe corrosion-resistant materials. In CS we use Italian quality fitiings, German pressute rele and thermal sensors, as well as pups, produced by Italian company WILLO.

• tube or plate heat exchanger made of corrosion-resistant materials;
• ion-exchange filter;
• primary and backup pump with valves and bypass system;
• expansion tank;
• sensors and control unit: Pressure switch in the outer and inner loop, pressure gauge in the outer and inner loop sensor in the outer and inner loop, the thermostat in the inner loop.
