Thyristor frequency converters, parallel type TFCP

TFCP are designed as a medium frequency power source for induction heating and melting plants.

Model range of frequency converters of TFCP series are capturing wide spectrum of power from 160 up to 10000 kW and frequency from 0,15 up to 4,0 kHz. Depending on power 6, 12 or 24 phase with high energy characteristics and providing wide range of regulating power (1:100), controlled rectifiers are used. Given range is perfectly suitable for any technological operation, performed in induction melting, heating plants.

Structurally converters are modular and are combined in a dust and waterproof enclosures. Ingress Protection level - IP54.

  Converters are equipped with systems: 

• Internal self-diagnostic and protection;

• Digital control system;

• multiplanimetric automatic control;

• displaying the inverter status and the basic components and units.

On demand inverters can be equipped with an analog-to-digital or digital control system. Double contour cooling system.
